Import/Export InDesign

This feature request is part of Community Roadmap

Description

This extension, based on the concept of the ODF extension, should make it possible to develop import and export routine from an InDesign document.It should work by default for a limited set of content classes, and with samples of InDesign document styling. This base should be use as a start to be extended.
