Hi, For us setting a multilingual or a multisite means creating and setting up multiple siteaccess and design sub-folders (more or less the same from a siteaccess and design perspective) Probably, is better to setup your multisite first, so you will end having several siteaccess , i.e :
SiteA_enSiteB_en
Then you can create as many language versions as you need, for each site and you can end having this i.e :
SiteA_enSiteA_fr
 SiteA_es

SiteB_enSiteB_fr
 SiteB_es
Here I'm assuming that your default site are in English In the end of the day, I think you can mix and match multisite and multilanguage as you need it Check this link also http://ez.no/community/forum/inst..._how_to_setup_a_multilingual_site__2 Lazarohttp://www.mzbusiness.com
