Hi all,

I added an image (standard EZP class), but when I try to view it, I get the following errors:

Error: eZImageShellHandler(ImageMagick) Apr 01 2005 10:32:47
Unknown destination file: var_internet/storage_internet/images/nl/vacatures/trainers/et/4771-5-eng-GB/et_reference.jpg

Error: eZImageManager::createImageAlias Apr 01 2005 10:32:47
Failed converting var_internet/storage_internet/images/nl/vacatures/trainers/et/4771-5-eng-GB/et.jpg to alias original in directory var_internet/storage_internet/images/nl/vacatures/trainers/et/4771-5-eng-GB

Error: eZImageManager::createImageAlias Apr 01 2005 10:32:47
Failed creating the referenced alias reference, cannot create alias large

As far as I know, nothing has changed in the setup of EZP, and I have been able to add images before. I'v tried other images with the same result.
I have no idea where to start looking for a solution to this problem, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA,

Vivienne

Hi Vivienne,

Look at this topic
http://www.ez.no/community/forum/install_configuration/imagemagick_not_displaying_images_ez_3_3_5

Are you sure that your system administrator didn`t make any changes?

Hi Lukasz,

Thanks for the reply.
I've been trying to contact my system administrator, but no luck so far. I'll keep you posted.

Usually before doing any updates hosting companies inform via e-mail their customers. Maybe you didn`t get it, hard to say.
